Jun 15, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a beautiful warm reddish brown with a creamy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt with a piquant whiff of smoke. Medium-bodied with roasted malt, dried fruit and again smooth smoky accents. Very pleasant. 290308

May 26, 2008 Bottle. Brown color with lasting foam. Nose is impressive with smoked meats, hints of chocolate and coffee. Flavor is nicely balanced, with hints of coffee grounds and cocoa. A pretty delicious, dry Smoked Porter.

Clear medium to light dark red brown color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, moderate smoke. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290308)

Apr 21, 2008 Bottle. Dark-red to black with beige head. Smoke and roasted malt, a bit dry. Quite sweet but the smoke dominates for me. Medium body on the thin side. Dry smoke in after taste.
