Cloudy deep blond color, no head. Spicy Belgian styled ale, with poor aroma, good body, some malt flavor, herbal, with a touch of rosemary, wax, quite strong bitterness. Not bad, but a bit strange.

Pours deep golden with a slight haze. Head is small. Sweet and wheaty aroma with notes of bubblegum. Flavour is wheaty and has notes of white pepper and thyme. Finish is dryish with some notes of alcohol.

Jul 2, 2009 Nice large 750 cl bottle at DT 2009. Hazy golden color with a nice white head. Fruity aroma with herbs and spices. Interesting flavor, sweet and fruity with hints of spices, yeast and some alcohol.

Jun 24, 2009 Misty yellow. Average head that totally vaniches ratrher quickly. A slight yeasty aroma, with lots and lots of fruit, especially apples. Could have passed as a real cider in a blind test. The hops are not very apparent. A refreshing summer beer.
