75 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Rating #300. Pours a cloudy golden color with a small head which dissapears. Aroma is lightly spicy, malty, sugary, with some light oranges and spices. A bit dissapointing. Flavour is lightly acidic and dry with spices (thyme), oranges, citrus and a very light bitterness. Mouthfeel is extremely dissapointing with zero carbonation, feels very lifeless, but pretty smooth. Thin body. I don’t know what they tried to do here. It doesn’t taste bad but it’s really boring and lifeless, the mouthfeel seems "dead" or something. A bad bottle? A huge dissapointment.

Bottle (75 cl) thanks deft. Clear golden, medium white head. Fruity, yeasty, and peppery aroma with dusty hops. Medium bodied and soft crbonation. Dry with medium bitterness. Very good, but without any real Saison character.

Hazy pale golden color, smallish white head. Spicy, sweet, citrus scent. Sweet, caramel, candy like, citrus, floral taste. Smooth mouthfeel; medium high, though short, bitterness. A bit of a warming alcohol kick in the stomach, with some spices. Not your typical saison, more of a Belgian Blond or something. It does grow on you though.

(Bottled, 075l) Slightly hazy golden with a smallish head. Aroma of toffeeish malt, some spiciness, some more toffee maltiness. Fruity flavor with malty, diacetylic notes. Medium body with soft carbonation. Sweetish, malty brew... Need to re-sample this one.
