Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and straw, and so is the flavor. Thanks Joergen for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a hazy and opaque orangey golden with a small off-white head that dissipates completely in no time. Spicy aroma, some fruit and a little yeast. Medium body, spicy and peppery fruity. Somewhat astringent phenollic finish. 120609

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Strong aroma of banana and coriander. Sweet and fruity, soft and juicy with above mediu body. Rather hoppy with plenty of spicy hay. Flavourful and well organize. Dries out towards a finish that holds lightly resiny bitterness. Stylish and absolutely flawless. If anything it lacks that magic wow that some beers just has.

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy deep blond color, no head. Spicy Belgian styled ale, with poor aroma, good body, some malt flavor, herbal, with a touch of rosemary, wax, quite strong bitterness. Not bad, but a bit strange.
