Then I found it good but a litle young and not fully fermented with a small residual sweetness. Now it’s much better. The aroma is small to start with but as the beer warms up a litle the aroma of spices, farmhouse hay and earth is pronounced. The taste is fresh with fruits and a plesant bitterness. A good summer saison with a medium body. Jonte (833), Gothenburg, Sweden

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 2, 2009 Updated: Jun 14, 2009(Bottle) Pours light hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. The aroma is fruity and spicy up front with a good malt foundation and a laid-back hop profile. Malty notes of bread and nuts. The hops bring hints of resin, wood, hay, earth, spices, mild grass, mild grapefruit and orange. Undertones of mild sweaty cheese, thyme, sugar, exotic fruit juice, earthy/spicy yeast, vanilla/banana dessert and canned pears with whipped cream. Dried fruits like raisins and apricots. A “green” herbal and floral touch is notable. Tiny clove phenols. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Tones of pepper, herbs, juicy and dried fruits, bread, nuts, light citrus and honey. The hop level is perfect. The mouthfeel is juicy and clean with a medium carbonation. The finish is dry, medium malty, light hoppy, light acidic and spicy touch. Medium bodied. This beer is perfectly balanced and without any off flavours, maybejust a bit too clean.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 27, 2009 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Strong aroma of banana and coriander. Sweet and fruity, soft and juicy with above mediu body. Rather hoppy with plenty of spicy hay. Flavourful and well organize. Dries out towards a finish that holds lightly resiny bitterness. Stylish and absolutely flawless. If anything it lacks that magic wow that some beers just has.
