(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 21 Sep 2007) Golden yellow colour with huge, frothy white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of apricots, coriander seed and hints of yeast. Fruity taste with apricots, green apples, plums and sweetish spicy notes of coriander. A decent tripel but a bit too sweet in my opinion.

Hazy blond color with huge head. Strange aroma, with some medicine and plastic, then showing a more classic aroma, later, with dry malt and spices. Good mouthfeel, some sugars, dry malt, spicy, with lemon zest too. Probably because of the fermentation or maturation it’s a bit strange, but good Triple.

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2007. A light golden beer with a huge lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices - especially coriander and carraway seeds. The flavor is sweet malty againg with strong notes of spices, but this time primarily coriander.

Bottled. Pours out in a clear golden colour with a small white foam. Sweetish aroma of marzipan, almondpaste and over-riped oranges. Flavour of maruenge, marzipan, nuts and oranges with a slightly sourish undertone of lemon-skin. Sweet finish of almondpaste and burnt sugar with a disturbing note of over-riped oranges.
