Commercial Description:
This ale is brewed in the traditional Belgian style, using Czech Saaz hops, unmalted wheat and a special Belgian yeast. Unique flavor comes from the addition of coriander and two types of orange peel. The balance creates a clean, light body and a refreshing flavor.

Opaque yellow with white foam. Spicy aroma. Corriander is very evident in the flavor. Milky. Not bad!

Beer chosen Best of Show in 2003 Las Vegas Beer Festival and I can see why. It is one of the best represented versions of an American style of this beer you can find anywhere. Hops were very evident in both aroma and taste, but not over powering.

Glad this beer has made its' return at Nimbus. Very good strong wheat flavor here, and the hops are prominent but not offensive (I'm no hop-head). Good apprearance, hazy dark yellow/amber.

Sorry, but I wasn’t impressed! The least of the Nimbus lineup. It had a strange aftertaste that I did not like.

This is a very good, very drankable Belgian-style White. The hops were very evident in both aroma and taste, but not over powering. This one is hard to find in the local bars, but it is worth a trip to the taproom for this one!
