Thanks to FlacoAlto for this one. Has a roasted coffe aroma that smells more like a porter. Deep brown with a fast fading head. Roasted malts and mild coffee notes. A pleasant beer. I’d gladly have another.

Pours a very deep brown, bordering on the color of a brown Porter, with a lite beige head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, and chocolate. Med bodied. Very pleasant caramel flavors with an earthy hoppiness. Bittersweet choclatey finish. Nice session beer and a very fine brown ale.

pours brown with a thin head. malt nose with a roasted wood taste that also has a nutty flavor. burnt peanut finish. this is strangely cigarrette tasting as in "Hey! did you ash in my beer you son of a bitch!!!" so if you like going to marlboro country knock yourself out. i am just glad there were others around so i didn’t have to drink it all myself.

(Bottle) Pours a reddish brown body with a medium-sized beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and nuts. Flavor of smoke, burnt nuts, sweet malt, and a hint of sausage.

Pour was nice brown with a dense tan head...looked amazing...smell is toasty and thanks to Lumpy for the ashtray comment...taste was at first malty turning to a burnt bitterness...finish was like a burnt peanut...

Bottle. One helluva malty nose. Very roasted, smokey, malty nose. Way too much smoke. I might as well of drank this swill out of a dirty ashtray.
