May 18, 2006 A light orange/gold color. An aroma of malt and very light fruitiness. A flavor of sweet malt and a tinge of bitter that last and isn’t overbearing. A decent beer but the light alcohol is just too light. I could drink many of them even with my low tolerance for alc. I would call it an excellent middle of the day beer.

Apr 15, 2006 12 oz Bottle: Good looking beer, a nice little head, with some carbonation, not the best looksing beer i’ve seen. The aroma just isnt quite right, if you ask me. ITs lemony, dirty/sweraty socks, skunky, and unrine, vanillla. the taste is biscuty/vanilla wafers, hops, grass, citrus, lemon.

Apr 4, 2006 12 oz bottle, via FlacoAlto. Pours a slightly hazy golden colored body under a one finger fizzy white head. Light lemony hop and crystal malt aroma with a little citrus fruitiness. Flavor is light as well with a smack of lemony citrus over a delicate malt base. Very light bodied and refreshing on the palate with a lively fizzy carbonation. A fairly refreshing beer if nothing else, one that might rate quite well amongst the "lawnmower" style beers.

Nov 25, 2005 Nice golden color with amber tones. Smells of banana esters. Very thin mouth with lingering skunky aftertaste. Average.

Oct 30, 2005 12 oz bottle via trade with FlacoAlto. Thanks Sebastian! Pours blonde just as the name would suggest with a creamy white head that stays well and laces pretty good down the sides of the glass. Aroma is of light hay hops, a bit of apple, and some light malts mixed with honey. Flavor is fruity. Notes of apple, pears, and some light grains and some honey finishes well with the floral hops. Palate is light and airy. This is quite drinkable. This is the last of the 6 pack of mixed brews from this brewer and I can honestly say that I enjoyed them all. Thanks FlacoAlto for giving me a chance to try these!! I’ve enjoyed them all.

Jun 4, 2005 12oz bottle. Apple juice gold color, slightly hazy. Small sized white foamy head, with minimal lacing. Aroma is mild fruity and sweet. A medium to light bodied gold/blond ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Tastes a little like a dry apple juice, yet still has some malt character. This is a below average brew pub standard blond ale. It more drinkable than a BMC but only just. A little thin and watery and bland. Not a very good effort from Nimbus on this one sorry to say. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet,

Mar 28, 2005 Bottle, Cloudy orange color with small head that disappeared quickly. Musy florar aroma and flavor. Hony is what mabe weighed this beer down opposite of watered down taste I guess. Heavy on the palate, not cool and crisp like other blodes alses I’ve sampled.
