Commercial Description:
An American style pale ale, this brew is hopped four times using plentiful quantities of Cascade and Columbus hops. The flavor is balanced by a subtle maltiness obtained from five varieties of malted barley and a slight fruitiness, to produce a classic beer in the style of the Pacific Northwest. A clean crisp ale with distinctive hop aroma.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Sparky27. Pour is hazy yellow golden slight greenish - with an explosive white head, extremely foamy and falls pretty slowly. The initial pour was about 1/2 inch liquid and 7 inches foam in my Free State Willibecher. Bunch of lacing. Aroma of faint lemon citrus sourness, some floral hop grassy bitterness behind that. Taste is the citric slight tart lemon sourness, hoppy earthy resin bitterness, floral notes and some almost wheat graininess. Palate is thin, drinkable, dry grassy finish. Interesting take on an APA, I would have guessed this was a wheat ale. Thanks for sending it my way, Eric!

This beer has way to much head... foaming even on a drink from a glass. For a pale ale to hoppy. Not pleasant in general. I’ll not try this again.

On tap. Very little in the nose, though a bit of floral as it warmed up. A pale golden color with very little head that fades quickly (not sure if that’s because the pour wasn’t quite perfect-I wasn’t involved in that part). A pleasantly hoppy flavor with a kick of yeast at the finish. A bit of orangey-citrus flavor and a nice floral note help this beer along significantly. Perhaps a bit of a simple beer, but sometimes that’s all I want. Very satisfying.

Bottle from hellbilly. Thanks! Pours with a gargantuan sized white head. Lots of carbonation going on in this one. Nose is slightly tart, earthy, with a bit of hops. Flavor is similar, more lemon, some citrus. Pretty nice pale and a little different than your average APA.

Bottle. Floral aroma, frothy white head that lingers and laces. Decent amount of bitterness in the beer, full of that wonderful cascade flavor. Medium-bodied, malts are in the background and add just a bit of sweetness. Pretty decent stuff from the good folks in Tucson.

Bottle, thanks to cbkshubert, shared at Xmas Eve Eve Eve. Pours light gold with sticky white head. Nice floral hoppy aroma with some sweetness and some crackers. The flavor is subtle floral bitterness, some sourish grain. Herbal finish. Decent beer.

tronraner’s Xmas Eve Eve Eve Tasting. Sample from a bottle thanks to tronraner. Golden honey color with a thin grabby white head. Grapefruity citrus aroma light maltiness. Taste is thin malt, dry and a lasting finish of citrus hops.

12 oz. shared by tronraner at his Christmas gathering. Hazy honey-butter color with a lasting head. Light caramel-citrus aroma. Flavor is similar, with more citrus and some woody hop. Light-medium, smooth and dry. Another nice session ale.
