Commercial Description:
An American style pale ale, this brew is hopped four times using plentiful quantities of Cascade and Columbus hops. The flavor is balanced by a subtle maltiness obtained from five varieties of malted barley and a slight fruitiness, to produce a classic beer in the style of the Pacific Northwest. A clean crisp ale with distinctive hop aroma.

Bottle. At the Eclectic Cafe in Tucson. Delightful american style pale ale. Great hop aroma and taste. Thin head but thick lacing. Fresher, richer and bigger than SN Pale Ale.

Paler than the picture. Fairly dry APA. Damn, these APAs are a bitch to rate like German pilseners - many well made, perfectly drinkable, and very similar examples.

Pours lite golden with some chill haze. Big white bottle conditioned head. Aroma of cascades and that’s it. One of the most aromatic Pale ales I’ve tried. Huge piney and citrus/ grapefruit notes. Lite in body. Not enough maltiness to balance out the hops. Big bitterness in the finnish. Turns somewhat astringent in the finnish. Far hoppier than many IPAs (ie. Lagunitas, Bridgeport, Magic Hat) . This is a nice beer but falls way outside the box for an APA. Great for an IPA lover who wants to have more of a session beer.

Bottle poured a hazy yellow with heavy head and thick lacing. Good clean hoppy aroma. Taste of hopps and citrus with a tangy finish, this is a good easy drinking beer that stays on the palate a long time.

Bottle. My beer did not look like that beer in the picture. The beer in the picture orange/amber colored, my beer was a hazed highlighter yellow, with sediments floating up and down like a lava lamp. Very carbonated. Aroma- hmm, nice strong hops aroma but smelled a little medicine-like at the same time, and a little sour and off. Very astringent, tasted like cardboard, tasted infected, bad bad!!!! If this is what it is supposed to taste like this is one of the worst beers that I’ve every tried to drink. If its bad I will re-rate some time later.

Deep yellow and inactive, looks alot like their Dirty Guera Blonde. This has a nice hop bite, but almost too astringent.

Bottle. A pale golden color with a foamy white head. Well hopped with a grassy aftertaste. All hops, no malt - not bad for an APA.
