Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 27, 2008 Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of hops giving it grassy and grapefruity notes - my guess is Cascade. The flavor has crisp malty notes with strong notes of grass and hops, as well as lighter notes of citrus and fruit, leading to a dry and very bitter finish. Papsoe (10510), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 12, 2008 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of FlacoAlto. Hazy golden with a small, off-white head and tiny impurities. Fresh, citrusy nose. Medium body with lightly sweet malts but otherwise dominated by dry, citrusy hops that leave a slightly astringent, bitter finish. 250308 yespr (6944), Copenhagen O, Denmark Mar 25, 2008 From bottle, 3A Papsoes New Zealand vs US blind tasting. Pours slight hazy yellow/orange with a lacing white head. Light peachy and mild citrusy hops aroma. Fruity hoppy aroma. Very subdued malt base. Solid and growing fresh hoppy bitterness into the finish. joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 26, 2008 Bottle.
