A beer so diferent to others you just have to have one. Once you taste it you got to have another. It is rich in flavor, not so in aroma. Thick foam-head, actually good flavor.
Maybe the best beer I´ve had in a long time. Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA

Malty and sweet but with a nice bitter finish. Good Amber-style American. Lou18 (1353), West Paterson, New Jersey, USA

Tan head left rather fast, good lacing. Sweet aroma, with some pine-lemon grass. The taste was great, very refreshing with a touch of fruit and malt sweetness, balanced with some hops. There is some citrus notes in this, like orange juice. This was almost too easy to drink. NYHarvey (2154), New York, New York, USA

Very aromatic malt and hop with the hops making the whole thing mildly citrusy. Amber color with a nice fluffy white head. Toned down malt/bread flavors with ample hop citrus and bitter notes. Nicely done ale from what i am coming to think is a very underrated brewery. KUEric (632), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA

I like ambers, this is true, but this is muct hav ebeer if in AZ, or where distributed. For an amber is full and rich. Pours a light orangy-amber color with a very nice fluffy white head and some good lookn’ carbonation. Aromas are of hops some (although not a ton) of suagay sweet malts, and some other aromas such as nutty, roasted/burnt, grass, and citrus. The flavor began citrusy, then morphed into hops, malts, and some more hops. Although it wouldn’t please a ’hop head’ I was suprised by the level of hops in the beer. Quite good is all I can really sum it up with. woodfan99 (4), Tucson, Arizona, USA does not count | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 22, 2002 I loved the aroma on this beer! When the glass is full, the smell is a faint whiff of hops, but as you drink the glass down, that wonderful aroma gets stronger and stronger!!! I enjoyed it immensely! jah noth (1020), Rochester, New York, USA

Red amber in color with a decent head and some lacing. Juicy fruit flavor with light grapefruit and a salty finish. Very tangy and nicely delicious. Thanks to FlacoAlto.
