Another Oregon Brew- Bottle, Reddish brown pour with a foamy head. A rather rich looking ale with a bread and hops texture. Citrus notes and some dryness.

Pours a dark red/brown with a nice head and lacing. Aromas of floral piney hops, light citrus, and some caramel and toasty malts. Nice and hoppy with a pepper, floral, and citrus bitterness profile. Some toasted malts, caramel, and perhaps toffee make up the malt profile. Nice lingering hoppiness. Very good brew.

650ml bottle. Clear red/brown body with a big beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel and lots of hops. Flavor as a nice, powerful balance of malt, sweet caramel and lots of hops. Fine, rich body and a long flavorful finish. An interesting and well made mix of IPA and red ale.

Bomber poured a clear dark reddish amber with a lingering ring of ambere foam. Aromas of carmel, cocoa, citrus and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of carmel, cocoa, nuts, earthiness and light fruittiness with a smooth dry lingering malty finish.

A nice malty red for a change, but I’d still like a bit more fruittiness.

Bomber from Bottle Trek. A very thick looking red pour, almost like it’s congealing or something. Decent fluffy head with a very fruity, floral aroma. I don’t know why but for some reason I was expecting the usual American double red, which is to say an Arrogant Bastard knockoff. While this one is certainly well-hopped, it’s got a nicely balanced quality all its own, with citrus hops, sweet malts, and a fairly crisp finish. Good one.

Draft. A hazy dark amber beer with a thick orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw, and so is the flavor though also added a strong note of hops.
