Grainy and mineral flavor. Malty sweetness and unique buttery sweet notes. Hops taste is quite grassy and thin, but welcoming. Finished clean, but a little odd. Glad I tried it, however. beerinmarch (2829), Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 30, 2007 On tap at the green dragon. Pours a clear golden color with a soft white head. Rich bready malts, hints of honey. Grassy green hops provide an excellent balance with a crisp finish. Clean and enjoyable beer, not a bold bold beer, but well built in its drinkability.
