Ninkasi Dry Irish Stout

KLCC brewfest ’07. This was one of the collaboration brews, and of the few I tried this was my favorite. Dry stouts taste fairly watery to me, but side by side this one felt like it had the most body, with a smooth and balanced finish. Nice chocolate roasted flavor, slightly burnt chocolate taste to a nicely hopped finish. I only wish they would have had the collaboration dry stouts on nitro.
