Dark burnt orange coloured ale, slightly hazy. With a pure white head. Strong piney hop aromas, good malts in the back. A very "soft" IPA strong semi-sweet malts then a rolling piney hop bitterness..just flows. Good on the palte, "soft" and just rolls around the tongue. Good IPA.

Thanks to Mike for this one. Light amber body. Aroma has strong hops, honey, and lemon. Flavor has a strong dry bitter, and honey. Body is light but not watery.

22 oz bottle. Hazy brown orange with a frothy white head. Nose is orange, dough, pith and malt. Crisp with a nice carb bite. Taste is lemon, orange and then grapefruit and some soap. A little caramel, a little dry. Good one.

5-24-08 bottle shared by Humulone_Red - thanks!
Semi thick yellow orange with no head in my pour. Smell is soapy hops with a touch of some floral notes in there. The base is mostly soap seemingly as the flavor and mouthfeel remind me of just that. Overall, drinkable but not boldly hopped or balanced.

Poured from a 22 oz. bottle. Clear, golden amber. Soft, resinous aroma; full centennial florals and a bit of dull astringency. Sweet-salty presence of whole garlic cloves and dried tomato acidity hinting. Bitterness seems harsh in the flavor; peppery, forward sharpness; softer moments of mango and pear; skins more present than fruit. Lightly syrupy medium palate, softly carbonated; edgy finish of dry grass and weeds, and some doughy malt sweetness lingering through. Herbal toned hops seem acrid throughout, with that crispy, vegetal resinous bitterness most recurrent, and the dusky floral smoothness too reticent. Thanks Pete!

22oz bottle thanks to todd for this one.....pours a clear and transparent orange-brown with a thin fluffy white soapy head..... perfumey nose of floral and sweet citrusy hops..... muted earthy citrus hops and grass lended to the flavors. finish presented a light bitterness. mouthfeel was smooth, fairly light with a medium body and a dry finish....not a bad ipa.
