I like the 22oz bottle size, I wish more brewers would switch to this size. Anyway, Total Domination IPA is a very aromatic, medium body, light carbonated beer. It has a slight citrus taste, with a malty/bitter finish and has a nice balance of hops. Great beer to drink in the summer while sitting outside under a shaded tree, reading a book. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 27, 2008 22 oz. bottle from CelticBrew - thanks Jim!/. Clear orange/amber under a small white head that settles quickly. Some substantial caramel and toffee aromas, and a big citrus hop hit, with some suggestions of pine. Medium body, light carbonation, resinous, and just a generally very nice mouthfeel. Flavor echoes the aroma, as a sturdy malt base provides balance for the grapefruit bitterness. All in all, a very nice IPA, well balanced, not overly hoppy. miketd (679), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Decent, creamy looking head. Aroma of citrus, grass and grain. Slightly bitter, earthy. This seems to be more malty than most IPAs but pretty refreshing. Medium bodied and smooth drinking. boFNjackson (1303), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Bottle... Poured hazy orange with a frothy head. Aroma of floral hops. Dry palate with strong hop presence but not overbearing, followed by other woodsy, spice and herbal flavors. Really smooth, it was served at near room temperature and it was really tasty. Pours hazy amber with a smallish off-white head that leaves a bit of stringy lace. Aroma of ripe citrus and peach, very pleasant and inviting, with floral notes and hints of pine. Flavor is faintly toffee, with more of the citrus and ripe summer fruits, crisp hop profile with hints of evergreen and lemon zest, along with a spicy astringency in the finish. Medium body, lightly carbonated. Nice, very drinkable and enjoyable IPA. JK (2955), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
