The flavor from initial taste to swallow varied and I would agree with Schultsc comments on taste. "Flavor begins dry with a burst of dark hops flavors and fruit--more stonefruit--along with orange. Malt sweetness follows with some grain flavors. The body is firm but graceful and finishes with some grain flavors and a bit of alcohol warmth." It was a great beer for me on my way home from PDX I stopped by the Brewery on a Saturday and the boys at Ninkasi gave me a pint glass and set me loose towards there taps! Great bunch of guys and an awesome beer. My new favorite! TheEpeeist (1468), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA

Fantastic. It’s hazy copper with a nice glow as it comes across the bar, head not too persistent. Hoppy aromas hit you right off the bat, citrus, graprefruit juice. The beer is well balanced and just drinks awesome. KAF (441), Coralville, Iowa, USA

The aroma contains perfume, orange peels, and lemons. This was not an over the top IIPA by any means. Slightly bitter with a good dose of malt presence. Some mild oranges and lemons showing in the flavor. Well balanced IPA and overall a pretty good one.
