May 5, 2008 Draft: Poured an amber color, not too much head. The aroma was sweet hops, lots of them. The flavor was piney and slightly citrusy. Overall, very hoppy and very smooth. A good DIPA.

May 2, 2008 On tap at the brewpub ahead of the Flyers’ game 4 W over Les Habs. Poured a full amber to copper type color, decent head, weak lacing. The aroma was piney grapefrults, sweet fruity caramel malts. The flavor followed suite, the alcohool was a little sharp, the malts a little sticky (reminded me of DFH90, but not nearly as exciting). Mouthfeel was average in body, a little too much stickiness left behind. The best of the three that I ran at NH before heading over to Monk’s. Too bad these clowns didn’t really have the Berliner Weisse on draft like their website said.

Sep 22, 2007 On tap at brewery. Pours a light amber with a off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, pine and grass. Flavor of caramel, citrus, grapefruit and pine with a nice hop bitterness.

Aug 23, 2007 Hand pulled tap @ Nodding Head. Poured a clear clear amber color with an off-white head. Citrusy and fresh C hop aroma. Caramel starts the flavor the C hops take over. This morphs from citrus to grapefruit rind bitterness. The finish was long with a medium body.
