Sweet bubble-gum and citrus hop nose with some moments of cherry. Quite the hop monster, sweet overall with a fresh candy-sugar and starchy, thick mouthfeeel... dulls the tongue with the hops used, but not a bad bitterness either... smooth hop dullness I guess you could say. The fruitiness extracted from the 3C, along with the pine, is great and amazingly refreshing for a high alcohol brew. The balance is there, not leaving you with an overtly hoppy bitterness. I believe the 3 C’s are Cascade, Challenger and Columbia. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA

I remember that it was very good and that I really liked it. I don’t recall it being overly hoppy for a double IPA, but again, it was toward the end of the day! hopdog (5602), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Tasted very hoppy, with a resin, pine finish. Well balanced and the alcohol was well hidden. Nice super hoppy finish. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA

The hops are piney and strong in the aroma, but fade into the background on the flavor. The malty flavor is very biscuit-like. pobenohne (504), Northern Liberties, Pennsylvania, USA
