| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 24, 2005 Nose is almost nonexistent. Small, white head with a good amount of lacing. Pours a clear sparkling copper. Flavor is sweet with a moderately sweet finish and a touch of alcohol. Medium-bodied with a watery feel around the mouth and a fair amount of fizz. Decent, although not particularly noteworthy. (Draft at brewpub in Philly) michael-pollack (2723), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

Pourded medium brown color with small, non-lasting brownish head. Taste was pretty good. Not too malty, as I had expected it would be. Roasted and toasted notes with a bit of vanilla. Easy to drink. Overall, I could have a few of these, but I still prefer IPAs. pobenohne (504), Northern Liberties, Pennsylvania, USA
