Draft. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Light grainy malt aroma with a hint of hops. The flavor has light crackery malt notes with a hint of hops. Not bad.

Tap at the brewpub: Light golden pour with a dense pillowy white film of head. Fruity aroma- some esters and zesty grassy hops. The body is light and fluffy. Soft biscuity malt notes in the body with a touch of zesty hops. As it warms there’s a lemon zest hint. A decent session- nice and dry.

Tap at the brewpub. Aroma of champagne fruits, floral hops, cracker malt. Flavor again floral and crackery. Certainly very crisp and drinkable. Found it rather tasty actually.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet light fruits and wheat malt. Flavor of wheat malt and bitter floral hops in the finish. Still, it gets too sweet at the end (like other Nodding Head beers it seems...) 6/4/6/3/14 (3.3/5)

Good for what it is. Clean, crisp and easy drinking. Very bubbly. No complexity, but none is needed. Well brewed and very quaffable.

(10/19/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Pale golden color. Weak malty aroma with hoppy hints. Malty flavor, slightly grainy with some bitter hoppiness in the finish and light pomelo notes.. Medium-bodied. Not bad.

On tap at Nodding Head. Pours a translucent golden with a medium bubbly white head that laced. Aroma was fruity, floral, light hop notes, cereal grains. Flavor of noble hops, floral, light hop spciness, cereal grains and fruity.

I really liked this blond ale. Arrived at the table in a large pitcher, was light in color, and slightly aromatic. The aromaticness was quite visually flavorful, whatever that means. Tasted hoppy, a little too hoppy, if you ask me. However, this is one my favorites from Nodding head.
