| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 13, 2009 On cask at the Iron Hill Newark "Cask & Ye Shall Receive"-Clear golden color w/a slight bit of lacing. Sweet, woodsy, grainy aroma. Light hop flavor w/traces of grass & light fruit allow the cask flavor to really shine through here, developed a sweet, woodsy, earthy, almost Bourbon Barrel flavor to it. Never had a Golden Blond Cask before & while it is an odd combo that you might not think would work, this brew was quite enjoyable. Would be a solid session cask ale...but I’m not sure how good this beer would be on tap! Long dry finish. fredandboboflo (1417), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 21, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. Aroma of champagne fruits, floral hops, cracker malt. Flavor again floral and crackery. Certainly very crisp and drinkable. Found it rather tasty actually. TomDecapolis (3196), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a translucent golden with a medium bubbly white head that laced. Aroma was fruity, floral, light hop notes, cereal grains. Flavor of noble hops, floral, light hop spciness, cereal grains and fruity. eaglefan538 (2394), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 13, 2009 On cask at the Iron Hill "Cask & Ye Shall Receive" fest. Sure, this was the most boring style present, but for what it was, I enjoyed starting off with it (and probably would have liked cleaning up when finished with it too!). The pour was a slightly hazed golden color with a tad bit of amber hues (in a dark environment). The aroma was all malt grains, a touch of grassy type hops. The flavor was malty grainy but balanced with a nice dry, slightly hopped, finish, maybe even a touch of spice from the hops? Clean yet present body, a nice just regular drinker. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 22, 2009 Tap at the brewpub: Light golden pour with a dense pillowy white film of head. Fruity aroma- some esters and zesty grassy hops. The body is light and fluffy. Soft biscuity malt notes in the body with a touch of zesty hops. As it warms there’s a lemon zest hint. A decent session- nice and dry. obxdude10 (1562), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 21, 2005 Poured a golden color with a medium sized, white head, that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malts, blueberries, and citrus. Taste, surprisingly had blueberries all over it, sweet malts, and a bitter citrus finish. Really, not as bad as the 700 level would lead you to believe.
