Nodding Head Andover Arms Ale

Draft, at Michael Jackson Tribute tasting @ University of Pennsylvania, 3/15/08. Poured yellow orange, with a minimal off-white head. Floral hop aroma, with lemongrass, ginger, and biscuits. Malty, biscuity flavor, with light citric hops and some earthy notes. Finishes a bit metallic.

Poured a clear, dark amber color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus fruits, toffee malts, and some tasted dough. Taste was sweeter toffee up front, toast, citrus fruits, pine, and a lightly bitter finish. Highly quaffable.
