Commercial Description:
Curse the heat of summer with this tart and refreshing Berlin-style wheat beer. Served with just a touch of woodruff syrup to cut the acidity. Enjoy!

Clear pour w/ a white head. Tart and sweet aroma, almost champagne like, hints of alcohol and fruit. I think it’s fantastic. Well carbonated, coating palate. Nicely crisp tart fruits w/ a champagne like taste. This is fantastic, and is way underrated... IMO.

on tap-pours a thin creamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet berries/lemon, marshmallows. The woodruff syrup dominates this. Taste is sweet berries/lemon, marshmallow. Now fruit beer. Mild carbonation. 2.8 Without the requisite woodruff syrup, color is pale yellow. Aroma is somewhat musty wheat, lemon. Taste is somewhat musty wheat, tart lemon. Easy drinking summer beer. 3.2

Ginger ale colored, frothy head. Sour, cidery, metallic on the lips. Smells like shaving cream with the Woodruff syrup. True to style. Took nads to brew this. Good, for a bad style.

Tap @ Nodding Head. Poured a clear pale yellow. Lightly tart with a wheaty citrus aroma. The flavor was light and lightly sweet but mildly tart at the same time. Fairly refreshing. Maybe next time I will try it with the syrup.
