An asian influenced blonde lager you say? Well. Okay. Pours a clear straw. White head. Odd nose. Ahh. I get it. Asian influenced. Lemongrass and ginger in the mix. Full flavor from it that rescues it from being just another boring ass lager. Feel is smooth on carbonation and better than average on the liquid. Overall the lemongrass and ginger make it quite an interesting brew. I like it.

On tap at brewery. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, ginger, and lemon grass. Flavor is medium sweet with citrus, ginger, malts, and some honey with a dry malt finish.

Soft, ginger-floral aroma. A sophisticated flavor profile -- parched grain, feints at sweetness, a ginger presence but not hot or spicy. Medium-light mouth, lightly bittered, a little starchy tasting. Maybe a bit flatter than it could be, but it appealed to the Thai food lover in me. A good ginger ale. Lemongrass is muted.

Tap @ Nodding Head. Poured a clear bright yellow color with a white head. The aroma was a dominantly lemon grass. The flavor was sweet lemon. The lemon ran throughout the length of the flavor. The finish was a large amount of cereal tasting malt. Very light bodied.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours a translucent golden yellow with a small bubbly white head that left some lacing. Aroma of rice, lemon grass, lots of ginger and some cereal grains. Flavor of ginger, rice with hints of lemon. Some tea characteristics. Might go ok with some Asian dishes. I did not really dig this one as a stand alone beer though. Thin and too much ginger for my taste.

Clear yellow with a medium head. Light bodied and sweet, with some lemon and ginger. Not too over the top with the spices. Honey like texture, sweet finish. Cool name.
