This beer is a golden lager, that is infused with giner and lemongrass, making for a very unique, interesting, very flavorful brew. This beer pours to a beautiful, bright, golden, color, with a tall, white head, and a good carbonation. The nose on this beer is just fantastic, with pungent and spicy aromas of ginger, and citrus/sour aromas of lemongrass. The palate is firm, with good, crisp, pale malt flavor, that acts as a spring board to pungent flavors of ginger, with wonderfully sour lemongrass flavor. This beer finishes with more good crisp pale malt up front, then ends, with spicy ginger notes, and flavors of lemongrass that lingers. I was floored by this beer. I’m a huge fan of Thai food, and this beer would have been pure magic with Thai dishes. It was akin to drinking a cold bowl of Thai lemongrass soup. If you love Thai flavors, you will love this beer. The lemongrass really is the star here, and it works so well in this beer. skisangelo (60), Collingswood, New Jersey, USA

Pours a clear pale gold with little head. A wonderful aroma of lemon and ginger. Only problem was we kept going back for it, but they never brewed it the rest of the summer. The night I had it, I drank so much I couldn’t see straight. A very good beer. swirl (267), collingswood, New Jersey, USA

It has a wonderful aroma, great appearance and the mouth feel is tremendous. Being from Jersey it is always a treat to cross the bridge and hit Nodding Heads for some great food and even better beer. obxdude10 (1563), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA

Clean vibrancy to the nose with ginger, soft hops, doughy malts, and yeast. Slick, round mouthfeel. Lemony, fresh melon interplay to the flavor, coupled with mild buttered malt sweetness and lemongrass. Mild effervescence fused with soft flower and citrusy acid notes to liven the delicate, yet relentless, crackery malt attack. Grassy finish is mostly overrun by the sweet maltiness. Very stylish brew with stellar balance between the juicy acidity and plush malt profile. WeeHeavySD (3041), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA
