Tap @ Nodding Head. This brew was a lightly hazed golden color with an off-white head. The aroma was mainly banana and malt. The flavor was made of banana and spices with an estery finish. Mild to moderately bitter semi-dry finish.

BCTWC 09. Hazy golden yellow with a nice small lasting tight white head. Fruity and spicy belgian yeast in the aroma, fruity ligth lemony kick- and a bit grassy- spicy green peppercorn as well. Moderatly sweet flavor, doughy, wheat-liek with a citrus lemon zest kick, and a grassy spritzy refreshing finish.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with a medium creamy/lacing off white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and spices, other various spcies, citrus and I suppose some of the buckwheat. Flavor of cereal grains, bready, Belgian yeast and spices, hints of lemon and other various spices. Nice session Belgian, lots of flavor and some tartness.

Tap at Nodding Head, yesterday. Pours golden bubbly with a 2 finger tan head. Nose is sweet and spicy and yeasty. Taste is sweet, spicy brisk and very refreshing. I like it a lot.

Cloudy golden-orange with a yeasty-belgian malt aroma that also puts of some citrus and spice. Tastes like an oddly grainy-yeasty Belgian with some spice and citrusy sugar. Ok, but I didn’t know what to make of this beer, especially after a spicy sandwich.

Draft, at Nodding Head on 7/24/09. Pours pale golden, topped with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, fruit, Belgian yeast, and citrus. Flavor is fairly sweet, with notes of wheat, candi sugar, clove, spice and white pepper. Sweet finish, with some spice lingering. Medium body, with some syrupy character. Good stuff; really refreshing.

Crazy, a hodge-podge of beer styles. Aroma is mute...like a plain blond ale just a beer smell. Flavor is really sweet almost candi sugary. Definitely some estery flavors and a bit of spice. Interesting beer. a lot better tasting than it looks or smells.
