Jun 20, 2004 Golden color with a small white head. Rather bland aroma, but flowery hops were noticed. Overall the taste was balanced with sweet malts, and nice grassy hops. An overhopped, though enjoyable pilsener.

Sep 3, 2003 Yuck. Clear yellow with a ring of head. Musty, dirty, Saaz aroma, with some hints of grape fruitiness. Aggressive attack on the palate. When I put it in the mouth I didn't want to swallow because I could sense what would come next: a hint of hops, lingering bitterness, and a mildly astringent aftereffect that sapped enjoyment from it. Nicely carbonated, at least. (on tap at brewpub)

Apr 29, 2003 Light gold. Gives up its head fairly quickly. Fresh aroma. Nice spiciness. Usually I like a soft mouth feel but for a pilsener I could use something a bit more crisp.

Apr 5, 2003 Light golden with a nice Saaz-type nose. Fruity and malty, much fruitier than I expect from a pilsner. Decent.

Jun 2, 2002 Hoppy, almost fruity nose. Nice light yellow with good head. Light carb, with nice body. Nicely hopped, bit sweet, clean finish. A bit too sweet for a pils, but very good.
