egajdzis (2947), Terrapin, Pennsylvania, USA May 18, 2005 Poured a dark amber color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma off floral, and citrus, cascase hop aroma. Intial bitter citrus, lots of grapefruit, light sweet caramel malts, lots of pine and a light bitter finish. The flavor drops off a little. Didn’t strike me as equal to Swami Jo-Mami, though a nice East Coast representation. PWalk (332), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA May 16, 2005 Brandywine Brewfest 05’: It almost tastes like a double IPA but I was told it was indeed a single. Hoppier than a kangaroo on speed. Dry in the finish. I’m glad I had an oppurtunity to try this beer and believe me I did going back 5 times for a pour. Good stuff. Sammy (3023), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 13, 2005 Co-brewed with Tome Arthur from Pizza Port, its a takeoff on the latter’s swami IPA. It was dryhopped. Initial very grapefruit juice and a touch of pineapple, overall bitter hoppiness, and dry finish.
