Jun 28, 2007 Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet spicy - ginger being most dominant, but also a light touch of chili, before a dry finish sets in. Thanks madsberg for sharing.

Jul 29, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Hazy, amber coloured beer with a decent head. Unpleasant earthy, fusty nose. Taste mainly of cork and mildew. This bottle was definitely off. Pity. Needs a rerate sometime. 080102

Dec 25, 2007 33 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours deep brown with an amber hue and lacing light brown head. Solid malty and slight dried fruity aroma. Favour is sweet with a light note of brett and apple. Solid dark caramel malt base beneath. Finish is slight acidic brett lingering between the malt notes. Nice.
