Light brown coloured beer with little carbonation and an average but diminishing off-white head. Yeasty sweet malty aroma. Full palate, heavy creamy. FInish is light bitter, yeast (unfinished) roasted malty touch. Medium one.

(Bottled) Nice, deep ruby red color (dark amber with yeast) with a medium, foamy head. Sweetish, very toffee-malty aroma. Somewhat metallic, sweetish-caramely, even rye-malty flavor - much like a light doppelbock. Even with yeast, caramel takes over the flavor - but it’s not unpleasant. Medium-bodied, maybe slightly thin for a dubbel, with medium, foamy carbonation. A decent brew, something between a dubbel, doppelbock and Belgian amber.

Bottled. (6,5% ABV) Pours a clear, copper, with a beige head. Sweet nose with dark sugars and both fresh and dried fruits. Medium to full mouthfeel with dried fruits and caramel. Nice, yet mediocre. (061124)
