Pours lightly hazy orange with a nice, clear, white creamy head. Aroma has piney hops, caramel. Low carbonation, nice dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, well malty, piney and flowery hops. Pretty good, but very dry. nate2g (1095), Brisbane, Australia
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours dark amber with a lasting white head. Aroma and flavour of biscuity malt and fruity English hops. Good carbonation and some fruit and bitterness in the finish. A decent bitter but it just didn’t overwhelm. stobbe74 (714), Denmark

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 13, 2009 Bottle shared @home. Pours clear light amber with a frothy off-white head that leaves a thin layer. Light malty and moderately hopped aroma. Some dough aroma coming from the miniscule amount of fall out that danced around in the beer for a while (my friend had no fall out from the same bottle and had no such aromas). Sweet flowery bitterness greets the tongue lingering, light bitterness. It’s a medium bodies beer; dry creamy texture with quite a lively carbonation. The end feeling is fresh acidic bitterness. It is quite a bit more bitter than typical English bitters that I’ve had before. Not bad - I’d drink this again! travita (1937), Frisco, Texas, USA
