Aroma is chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, citrus, and cream. Dark fruit slips in there with subtlety. Flavor is roasty and sweet. Thick like cough syrup, and dark enough that people with coughs would begin leaping out of windows if this was the only remedy. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, and chocolate. The taste is of dark malts, chocolate, spices, and a hint of coffee. The mouthfeel is robust and kind of sweet but finishes a bit on the dry side. Rich dark malts nutty kick of hops left, coffee chocolate chocolate. Tickling mouth feel presents in aftertaste with yeast. Hazy memories same year tap version over spiced one. This is all what you need on Christmas.
