Bottle Purchased at Holiday Wine Cellar in Escondido, CA. Shared with friends. Pours black with a 1 finger tan head. The nose is very very malty with a coffee tinge. Taste is sweet and full of coffee and a bit of chocolate. Pretty damn tasty porter.

Tried at SIB. Like many beers, this one needs to warm a little before you’re able to get the full effect of the taste. Lots of smooth chocolate with a little coffee and moderate roast. Pretty tasty porter...would definitely have again.

Aroma of some roasted malts with chocolate. Kind of sweet, roasted malts again with an overall dry feeling.

Nice opaque black color with medium brown, small head and little lacing. Aroma is big, lots of fruit and malt. Flavor is fantastic. Very creamy and malty with some fruit notes as soon as it hits my tongue. nice cocoa finish. Definitely one of the top porters.

Black with brown heads: smells like chocolate covered raosted nuts. Light coffee in the taste, a little thinner than expected yet a syruppy finish. Thanks hopscotch.

Black, not to big head, smells like a cold cup of mocca. Bitter start, very complex mixture of bitter mint chocolate and licorice. You can very easily add different kinds of chocolate, licorice and sweet desserts to this. Another powerpack of complex taste from NØ.
