| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 16, 2008 500 ml bottle. Pours dark brown/black with a medium sized diminishing tan head. The aroma is a little subdued but includes roasted malt and semi sweet chocolate. The flavor leans heavily to the roasted malt side, but also includes semi sweet chocolate, a touch of dark fruits, and a hint of licorice and vanilla. Maybe a touch thin, but very good otherwise. Could serve as a solid warmer weather dark beer. MullMan (1086), Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA

A little on the thin side, but easy drinking and enjoyable.
