Strong, bittersweet, licorice-chocolatey aroma with some ashy and alcoholic notes. Dry and ashy, quite malty, coffeeish flavor with licorice hints. Long, bitter and dry-ashy aftertaste. Slicky-oily, slightly rough, medium to full-bodied palate with medium carbonation. A very nice, balanced and enjoyable porter. Quite close to the Koff Porter - yet easier to drink, since it’s not as dry and bitter. Dedollewaitor (3780), Odense, Denmark
