Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt and dark chocolate plus a touch of coffee. Medium, round body with flavors of roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate and raisins. Poured pitch black in color with a large, creamy, dense, rocky, brown head that lasted throughout. Great looking head. Opaque. Excellent lacing. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly bitter. tastes of chocolate, roasted malt, light caramel, and light maple syrup. Medium body. Dry texture. Soft carbonation. Dark purple to black pour with an ever present mocha colored head. Strong aromo of ripening fruit, coffee and chocolate. Black coloured with a medium, brown head. Taste is quite smooth. Roasted coffee malt, some fruit and sweetness. Slightly dry. Well balanced taste. Very nice.
