Poured pitch black in color with a large, creamy, dense, rocky, brown head that lasted throughout. Great looking head. Opaque. Excellent lacing. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly bitter. tastes of chocolate, roasted malt, light caramel, and light maple syrup. Medium body. Dry texture. Soft carbonation. Mixed and dark fruit flavors hit the tongue first followed by a nice balance of roast, coffee, and semi-sweet chocolate.
