Green pepper, berries, little sourish, funky nose. Smooth wheaty maltiness. Grainy, well hopped citric flavor, menthol finish. Soft yeastiness. Medium bodied, very smooth carbonation. Not a farmhouse saison, but good anyway. trapez (809), Hilleroed, Denmark

Cloudy pale yellow pour with some swirling yeast evident and some decent carbonation. Nice dry yeasty smell, with some notes of honey and spice in there too. Flavors mingle, herbal and floral, like springtime - a bit raw and not quite mellowed out, but pleasant on its own terms. Slight sweetness makes the finish a bit less dry than I prefer, but this is a solid saison. OD40oz (600), Box Elder, South Dakota, USA

It cost me 8 bucks for a bottle but I was impressed with this stuff. It was golden in color with a white head. It was a dry tasting beer but had a refreshing taste. You gotta love Norwegians... Lefse, lutefisk, good looking women and good beer. UFF DA!! blutt59 (2115), Dallas, Texas, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours cloudy dark gold with a thin and frothy white head. Sort of a lemon, fruit, honey and coriander nose, with coriander being the main wheel. Same thing going on in the taste. Lightish body, moderate carbonation. Dry and a little watery at the end. Seems a bit heavy on the hops (comparatively speaking) for a Saison. DrBayern (1137), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Aroma - Citrus, honey, some spice,
Appearance - Mildy hazy yellow pour, rather paltry, fleeting, white head with sparse lace.
Flavor - Sweet light malt flavors initially, some light tartness, and the gentlest of spicy bitterness at the finish.
Palate - LIght body and carbonation, barely dry palate
Overall - Of the Nogne O beers that I’ve had, this is the least inspired, IMHO. Although it’s very drinkable, and has a certain refreshing quality, it’s just not very flavorful, tart, and dry as a really good saison. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 10, 2008 Bottle. Hazy dark straw color, thin, sparse white head. Mild herbal aroma of lavender and coriander, some white pepper. Nice mouthfeel. The herbal flavor initially tiptoes towards a leafy astringency and finishes mildly peppery and dry. Not bad.
