| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours cloudy dark gold with a thin and frothy white head. Sort of a lemon, fruit, honey and coriander nose, with coriander being the main wheel. Same thing going on in the taste. Lightish body, moderate carbonation. Dry and a little watery at the end. Seems a bit heavy on the hops (comparatively speaking) for a Saison. DrBayern (1137), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Aroma - Citrus, honey, some spice,
Appearance - Mildy hazy yellow pour, rather paltry, fleeting, white head with sparse lace.
Flavor - Sweet light malt flavors initially, some light tartness, and the gentlest of spicy bitterness at the finish.
Palate - LIght body and carbonation, barely dry palate
Overall - Of the Nogne O beers that I’ve had, this is the least inspired, IMHO. Although it’s very drinkable, and has a certain refreshing quality, it’s just not very flavorful, tart, and dry as a really good saison. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 10, 2008 Bottle. Hazy dark straw color, thin, sparse white head. Mild herbal aroma of lavender and coriander, some white pepper. Nice mouthfeel. The herbal flavor initially tiptoes towards a leafy astringency and finishes mildly peppery and dry. Not bad. beerbill (1980), Laurel, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 10, 2008 16.9 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy light gold with a thin white head that faded to a ring after two sips and left virtually no lace. Mild aroma of wheat and a few citrus notes detected as well. The flavor is mild wheat with some lemon and, to a lesser extent, orange. Some spice in the flavor as well, although I cannot pick out the specific spice(s). Mild bitterness at the finish. An ok beer, but not worth the higher price. pilsnerrogge (1794), Finspång, Sweden
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 9, 2008 Bottled: Pours golden with a slight haze. Head is thick and leaves fine lacing. Orange peel aroma. Thick mouth feel. Flavour is sweet oranges followed by a long zesty citrus bitterness. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 4, 2008 500ml bottle. Fresh. Pour is a hazy melon/lemon color with an uneven head of creamy white bubbles. The aroma is stunted by the cold, but I can still tell there is a rough wheat character and citrus. As it warms, I can also smell a creamy, yeasty character. Flavor is citrus, wheat and some spices. The creamy character is still present. This actually tastes more like a basic American wheat than a saison. Its sweet and creamy, rather than dry and refreshing as I had hoped. I’m really disappointed I paid so much for this. Spice and hop aroma but something is off. In a sweetish way. Hardly any head over mottled orange. Something is off in the flavour, very disappointing. henrikb (1305), Aarhus, Denmark
