Jun 21, 2008 After coming in from filling holes in the yard, this is quite the tasty beer. The aroma is definitely yeasty, but there’s a refreshing citrus fruit that blends nicely with this. Honestly, this is a little like a witbier, especially with the marked wheat profile in the malt bill, but it’s got that bite in the back that makes it more like some of the drier Saisons I’ve had. Good beer.

Jun 21, 2008 50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Batch 285 It poured a orange colour with a big creamy head. It has a sweet and floral aroma that smells of malts and kiwifruits. The flavor is slightly bitter and tastes of wheats, oranges and brown sugar. It has a lingering and bitter aftertaste.

Jun 7, 2008 very floral aroma, a bit too sweet for my taste. looks a bit boring too, not entirely clear, and small white head. good taste, bitterness combined with fruity sweetness. nice palate.. Overall quite a good beer.

May 25, 2008 A hazy golden ale with a thin white head. A very pleasant spiced aroma with maple, apples, cardamom and licorice. In mouth, a funky spicy malt with orange peels, candy sugars, light cloves. Very refreshing example of the style. Bieropholie import. BB 21-02-08. Sampled early May 2008.

May 21, 2008 Bottle. Very yeasty and fruity, flowery, light grassy, light sweet. Small white creamy head, fast diminishing, cloudy orange body. Moderate bitter taste, medium duration. Light to medium body, dry and light creamy, soft carbonation.

May 14, 2008 Bottled. Fresh, floral, orange, yeasty, sweet spicy nose... Soft sweet flavor to start - transitions into a yeasty, biscuity, dry finish. Very drinkable and a nice beer...Not a mind shattering complex saison, but I still enjoyed it.

May 5, 2008 Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Nose is fruity, citrus and wheat, mild but refreshing aroma. Initial taste of wheat and fruit from the aroma. Mild barnyard or maybe musty. Spices come in on the mid palate. Finishing with balancing wheat, flowery and hop character. Average palate duration, minor head retention, body is light.
