Pours with a yellow color and a smallish head. Aromas of grapefruit and some funkiness. Lemon flavors with some yeast and a subtle funkiness. A somewhat hoppy, bitter finish. Medium bodied and refreshing, an easy drinking saison.

Not what I was expecting of the style. Very smooth, and quite mild. Tastes more like a generic wheat than anything else to me. But I can’t dock it too much, there’s really nothing wrong with it per se.

Aroma is underwhelming. I can detect a little bit of sourness and funkiness in there but it’s pretty tame. A little bit of light fresh fruit. And a little bit like ass. Tastes like Pear/apple juice that’s gone bad. Drying without much bitterness. Finish is growing on me, there’s still a cheap lager aspect to it. The fruitiness in the beer is quite evident, yet hidden; it’s like a fat kid hiding behind a telephone pole, you know he’s there, but the telephone pole is still in front. The fruit is also mixed w/ some spices.

Bottle via trade. Pours yellow cloudy with a 1 finger bright white head. Nose is sweet and slightly spiced. Mirroring a spiced and sweet taste. Nice brew.

Thanks to Erin for lugging this one back from Atlanta for me!
Pours a glowing, cloudy, bright, light orange color. Just a sudsy sparse head remains after a few seconds. Smell is coriander, spices, along with bright and wheaty and lightly citrusy leanings. Taste is lightly spiced with similar flavors as in the smell, along with an interesting and unexpected, but welcomed light hop presence and a lightly wheaty flavor as well. Thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. Not too familiar with the style, but I enjoyed this one.

Amber with a low head. The aroma is spicy with fruity esters, and the flavours have a lot herbs in them making it both sweet and a bit dry towards the ending.

Bottled. Poured clear bright golden with a creamy cap of white head. The aroma picked up soft lemon zest and bready notes upfront with peppery Belgian yeast in the background.. spicy lemon zest pops through with warmth. The flavor had bready and pale malts at the core with a delightful sour lemon and black pepper presence throughout.. simple, but well-executed and very refreshing. Light-medium bodied with lower carbonation.. sour, slightly funky, and entirely refreshing. Good one! 7 4 7 4 15

Sampled again with different thoughts but the same overall score.
Poured hazy medium golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma was refreshing and funky with notes of cheese, foot, lighter fruits, and lemon zest.. came together very well. The flavor had peppery spices over medium-skinned fruits.. funkier cheese toward the back.. finished with refreshing fruit and lemon zest. Spicy and sweet on the palate with nice balance.. refreshing finish.
