Not a very strong aroma, malty with a little spice. Flavor is clean with a bit of spice on the finish as well. OK.

mostly clear golden yellow color, thin creamy/foamy white head that was short even when I tried to force it. aroma is pretty clean for a saison - honey and grainy sweet malt, and weakish floral notes too. flavor has a bit more zing, some lighty spicy malt with a pinch of zestiness that comes from the sparkly carbonation. maltiness goes sweet with a bit of banana, then dry yet doughy and yeasty. finsish goes drier like citrus pith. not as wild as I like a saison, but well done nordic style, makes me want to try this at a raw bar.

Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is spicy, honey, herbal, floral, and some peppery hops. Flavor is malty, herbal, floral, with a bitter peppery finish.

Bottle from U.S. Liquor, Minnetonka, MN. Somewhat sour, doughy, farmhouse aroma with citrus notes. As such nails the style. Cloudy yellow with a smaller white head. Creamy smooth mouthfeel that is lightly carbonated. Tastes like it smells to a large degree. Moderately sweet but tends to the drier side. Could stand to be a little more carbonated, but just needs a little more body and doughyness. A pretty good effort overall, although at $7.99 they’re cashing in on their name and not necessarily the quality of the brew.

from crackedkettle.com - cloudy dark orange colour; little and irregular white foam; aroma of peach, bitter oranges and cane sugar; full-bodied, sweet and acidic; a fair and late bitterness introduces a long fruity, slightly spicy and quite dry finish - solid and nicely brewed

Bottle@Home. Sweet malts, tangerine and grass aroma. Hazy, yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, light bitter getting rather bitter in the finish, light grassy, light fruity. Sticky at first but dry in the finish. Thanks Yngwie.

Pours a golden hazy color with thin off-white head. Aroma is of light citrus, yeast and lightly floral. Taste mirrors the aroma with a little more citrus shining through. Light mustiness permeates this beer and brings it to the forefront of Saisons I’ve had. Pretty damn good.
