| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 3, 2008 Aromas are light, but complex. Biscuit and citrus. Color is hazy, golden, orange. Head is white but flat. Body is medium, and the carbonation is moderate, but spiky. The flavor starts astringently dry, with citrus, light stone fruits, and something woody. It’s the saison of saisons, if Norway can qualify. It is really to style, and it is really quite tasty. JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 1, 2008 Nice hazy gold look with a relatively small head. Aroma is a bit grainy, dominated by sharp citrus and spice. Taste was a bit tart and very citrusy. Lots of graininess and a bit of yeast taste. No real funk or typical saison thing going on here, more like a Hefeweizen thats a bit off. Not all that impressive for an $8 beer. JohnnyJ (1356), Carlsbad, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 1, 2008 Pours a hazy straw yellow with creamy white head. Flavors of grain, bread, light fruit, citrus, and overall was very sweet. Not as much funk and lemon zest in the saison as I expected. Its alright, just not that good compared to other saisons.. to sweet. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
