Bottled. Aroma has yeast, flowery hops and much cheese. hazy, orange coloured with an off-white, lasting, medium head. Taste is a bit sweet and has cheese, yeast, some unbelgian hoppiness (more floral) and some citrus. Medium bodied. A nice brew.

From enjoyit via trade. This bottle came from over the pond and wasn’t one of the ones actually imported to the U.S. The pour was an ever so slightly cloudy pale copper color that propped up a one-finger tall white head that had good retention and some lacing. The aroma was soft floral hops, grass, light spice and Belgian yeast. As it progressed it found a nice balance between floral and citrus hops cut with spice and Belgian yeast. The flavor was a bit more on the citrusy side. Mild citrus melded with wildflowers, more Belgian yeast and a bit of spice. The mouthfeel was somewhere between light and medium in body and the finish was fine. Reminded me of a trippel.

Bottle. Hazy lion yellow with a medium to large fluffy white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with notes of apricot and peaches, and earthy, dusty hops. Medium bodied and soft mouthfeel, dry with a moderate lingering bitterness. Reminiscent of Saison Dupont but less complex.

Hazy copper body, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy on the nose with some spice and funk. Balanced taste, dry & spicy but also sweet & fruity with vanilla and nutmeg, as well as pineapple, grapefruit, pretty citric overall. Almost no tartness at all, not so dry as I was expecting from a saison either. But, very enjoyable.

Small white head, retention is minimal though the lacing is nicely clingy and lasting. When it,s held up to the light it,s got the appearence of a Belgian Wit, cloudy white with a slight orange hue. Nose is spicey, peppery, coriander and a tad rubbery. Body is light with a prickly carbonation and a smooth oily mouthfeel. Dry malts and peppery spicey flavors, notes of stone fruit, some peach and nectarine with citrusy flavors as well, light toasty grainyness, flowery, perfumey and a little bit juicey, nice. Finish is spicey and a bit fruity. Well done!

Pours a slightly hazy, light tangerine color. A medium white head settles quickly to a microscopic rim with a singular, wispy patch. Minimal sudsy lace. The aroma shows muted citrus notes, fresh flowers, mild farmhouse yeast, sweet pale malts and some dry cereal grains. The flavor is mostly sweet, with lemon chiffon, flowers, hints of green apples, and drying grains showing through. Medium-light bodied, smooth and easy to drink, but a bit boring. A little bitterness makes its first real appearance on the finish. Fairly pedestrian brew. This one is a little disappointing. Maybe too young?

Picked up single bottle at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a hazy orangish amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a thin ring. Aroma of light bready malt, apples and pear fruits with a touch of honey and grassy hops. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of lemon zest, light bready malt and some light fruit punch. Finish is slightly acidic, semi-sweet with a light apple zest aftertaste.
