Murky orange color with no head. Aroma of apples, pear and hay. More of the hay/grass/barnyard in the taste, along with lemon and yeast. Excellent saison!

First sample of this style, so i didnt know what to expect. cloudy pale yellow with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of lemons and a bunch of dusty hobs along with grain. Flavor is sour and acidic, with a moderate bitter finish. Lemon and coriander? pops up in the mouth aroma, and in the finish i sense a heavy note of almond essense....wierd.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Fluffy white head recedes leaving sheet lacing and pancaking on surface. Sour honey, earth and lemon aromas. Smooth with and interesting crisp/soft carbonation. Caramel honey upfront with a lasting sour hop finish.

At first, it has a strong flavor with some bitternes. After half glass, it gets better and it goes very easy.

Bottle purchased at Liquor Max in Loveland, CO. Pours hazy yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, meal), light hops (herbs), average yeast (horse blanket, earth) with notes of pear. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
