Head is small, white, frothy. Diminishes mostly but lasts.<P>Nose is malty with light notes of toasted grain, cracker, sweet biscuit; Hoppy with light, noble notes of herbals flowers, lemon zest; Yeasty with a light trace of bread dough, trace of band-aid, moderate fresh banana.<P>The flavor is lightly-moderately acidic (dry), lightly sweet, lightly bitter with a long, lightly sweet, trace bitter, trace acidic finish.<P>The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is softer than average.<P> Pretty, but has strong BSA leanings.
