Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes et d’épices (poivre entre autre). Longue durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence d’épices et ensuite d’orange en arrière goût. (Rating #1267)

Sep 23, 2007 Golden colour, short white head. Aroma is of citrus and pineapple. Taste is fruity as well, of citrus and orange. Refreshing.

Sep 20, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow/amber with a big off-white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with hops in the background. Sourish touch. Flavour is yeasty with notes of hops. Slightly bitter finish and lingering notes of yeast. Soft palate. 21-09-07.

Sep 20, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s. Turbid deep gold pour with 1-finger white head. This one looks great, but not quite a 5. The aroma is hopcitric, with dry floral notes, slight barnyardy funky and cobwebby musty yeasty notes. The taste is dry, floral, citric, with subdued spiciness, some yeasty funk, and some fruitiness as it warms. Solid complexity in this, with a very well rounded mouthfeel. Everything just seems to go together as it should, which is very difficult to achieve for this style. I may sound like a broken record, but this is yet another winner from Nogne.

Sep 19, 2007 Bottled. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma is very fruity, citrus and orange, bit hoppy, bit spicy. Fruity and bitter flavor, bit dry only. Not as cheesy as some other saisons, much more bitter. Very decent stuff.

Aroma: citrus (orange), peppery, bready, and lightly funky yeast and a touch of floral hops. Taste is pale malts (pils), citrus, yeasty with must, pepper and light notes of funk. light to medium bodied.

Sep 16, 2007 Poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, orange peel, light spices, toffee malts, bread, and floral hops. Taste of honey, citrus fruits, chalky yeast, coriander, alligator pepper, and light alcohol as well.

Bottled(500ml). -Hazy orange/golden coloured, small white head, honey spicy nose. Sweet malty, yeasty and fruity aroma with notes of hops, spices and alcohol. Lemony finish.
