Bottle received in a trade with oh6gdx, shared with ozujsko. My first saison and my first norwegian beer. Nice.
Poured a murky ochre-orange colour with almost no head (the little there is is white). Lights spicy belgian stlye nose... lime, bananas, cloves. The taste is nice, sweetish. Grapefruit, pleasant spicey yeastiness, quite good hopiness, notes of rubber. Not as thirst quenching as one would hope but definitely a quality beer.

Light murky beer with fine head. The aroma is spicy with a fine orangepeel thing showing through. The flavour is spicy and assertive with nice notes of orangepeel, coriander and a yeast flavour leaning towards a wit. Not your everyday saison, but quite fine.

(Bottle, Haket, Gothenburg, 31 July 2007) Golden yellow colour with brief white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of apricots and spicy hops. Fruity taste with spicy hops, apricots and a slightly yeasty finish with spicy notes of clove and Seville orange. Rather robust saison, nice beer.
